ReconPad is designed to keep your bug bounty notes private and local to your browser.
Data ReconPad handles
ReconPad may store:
- Notes you enter into the extension
- Hunting session names
- The URL, domain, and page title of the active browser tab when you choose to attach page context to a note
- Timestamps associated with notes and sessions
How data is stored
All ReconPad note and session data is stored locally in your browser using browser extension storage.
ReconPad does not transmit your notes, browsing information, or session data to LoganSec or to any external server.
Data collection and sharing
ReconPad does not use:
- Analytics
- Advertising
- Tracking
- User accounts
- Cloud synchronization
- Remote code
- Third-party data collection
ReconPad does not sell, share, or transfer user data to third parties.
Support link
ReconPad includes an optional "Support development" link that opens Buy Me a Coffee only when you explicitly click it.
ReconPad does not automatically send any of your notes or browsing data to Buy Me a Coffee.
Deleting your data
You can delete individual notes or sessions directly within ReconPad.
Uninstalling ReconPad removes its locally stored extension data from the browser.
Changes to this policy
If ReconPad's data practices materially change in the future, this privacy policy will be updated to reflect those changes.
